Do you work with businesses outside the US?+
Yes — US and North America is our primary market, but we actively serve clients across the UAE, South Asia, Europe, and beyond. We're a global team and work fully async across time zones.

iPayHub Solutions LLC is registered in the UAE, based in Ajman. Our team operates globally with a primary focus on serving US and North American businesses.

Engagements
How long does a typical engagement take?+
Most projects complete in 2–3 weeks from the start of the build phase. The discovery and audit phase typically takes 3–5 business days depending on the complexity of your environment. We'll give you a clear timeline upfront before any work begins.
How many services can we engage at once?+
As many as you need. We can run parallel workstreams across AI, cloud, DevOps, and security simultaneously — all coordinated by a dedicated project manager. The Full Transformation Bundle is designed exactly for this.
Do you offer ongoing retainer support?+
Our core engagements are fixed-fee and project-based. For clients who need ongoing maintenance, monitoring, or iteration after project completion, we offer flexible optional monthly support arrangements — discussed after handover.
What happens after the project is delivered?+
Every engagement includes full documentation, a live walkthrough session with your team, and 30 days of post-launch support. Nothing is handed off without your team feeling fully confident.

Which cloud providers do you support?+
We work across all three major platforms — Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft Azure. We recommend the right fit based on your workload, existing stack, team expertise, and budget — not vendor incentives.
Which AI and automation tools do you use?+
We work with n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), and custom LLM integrations using OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini. The right tool depends on your existing stack, budget, and the complexity of the workflow. We'll recommend what's best for your specific case.
Do you sign NDAs and data protection agreements?+
Yes, absolutely. We sign NDAs before any discovery or scoping work begins, and our engagements include a data processing agreement (DPA) where required. For HIPAA, GDPR, or SOC 2 scoped projects, we have specific compliance documentation ready.
Will I own everything you build?+
Yes — full IP ownership transfers to you on payment. Every workflow, codebase, dashboard, and document we create is yours. No licensing, no lock-in, no dependency on us to keep it running.
Payments
How do I pay?+
You can pay instantly via our Stripe-powered checkout on the Pay page. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as bank transfers. Invoices are issued automatically on payment.
What currencies do you accept?+
Our prices are listed in USD. Via Stripe, we accept payments in USD, AED, GBP, EUR, and most major global currencies. Currency conversion is handled automatically at checkout.
Is there a refund policy?+
We take great pride in our delivery. If we fail to deliver the agreed scope, we'll make it right — either through rework at no cost or a partial refund depending on the situation. Please review our terms for full details, or contact us to discuss.
